This is something she heard during her time as a client in one of the many in-patient psychiatric treatment facilities, of which she was admitted. It was something she clung on to, believed in and tried incredibly hard to establish in her life, genuine human connections.

And then the pandemic happened. The world went into lockdown. The fear rose as she was told to “socially distance”, “self isolate” and “stay at home”.

The insanity began, quite quickly, creeping back in.

As the world around her started tentatively reopening and rebuilding, she created for herself, a self imposed isolation and fell apart.
